Based on the short poem “The Raven” by Edgar Allen Poe, the protagonist dreams and laments his lost love.
I thought of a quiet room with the protagonist sitting in single chair in the dark, dreaming of his lover Lenore whom he lost. Her portrait hangs above the fireplace, the last momento of her once warm presence. The raven sat upon a pedestal, croaking out the words of “Nevermore.”
